FRENCH THYME
A hardy (to Zone 6, potentially Sone 5 with protection) aromatic evergreen perennial for Zones 5-9. French Thyme has smaller leaves than English Thyme, on sturdy stems can be used fresh or dried. French Thyme is slightly sweeter than English Thyme.
- Uses: Thyme goes with pretty much everything. It is a foundational herb for soups, sauces, dressings, and vinegars. Thyme pairs well with beef, pork, game, poultry, fish and seafood.
