SPEARMINT
Spearmint has a more upright habit than mint. Highly aromatic pointed leaves. Grows to 24″ tall with lavender flower spikes. Not as strong as peppermint.
- Uses: Used for teas, sauces, dressings, syrups, cakes and can be added as a garnish.
